Tehroma Yoga Wellness

Tehroma is a wellness enthusiast who believes in the power of healing. Her sessions are grounding, heart centered, and mindful, combining movement, stillness, and spaces in between. Each session includes: breathing awareness, physical postures, and guided meditation. She considers herself a life-long student and is always learning and growing; she has been a dedicated yoga practitioner since 2007 & Teacher since 2015.
